Elbow gloves, lariat necklaces, extravagant headpieces and meticulous beading were all the rage at the "Dressing Downton" a exhibition highlighting 40 years of fashion as seen on the international hit TV show Downton Abbey. I caught the now defunctshowing at the Virginia Historical Society in Richmond. No worries, “Dressing Downton” opens at the Richard H.
